I am extremely afraid of pain with dental work (who isn't)! I realize that there is no such thing as totally painless - but this office and Dr. Ha has made my multiple appointments extremely pain-free. Dr. Ha has a very gentle touch and repeatedly asked if I was comfortable. She is never in a "rush" and takes her time to make sure that I wasn't in pain. At my first appointment, I was very nervous and anxious. But now, I am no longer afraid to have dental work. Everyone in her office is wonderful too. Very friendly and concerned about making sure my appontments were as pleasant as possible. I am lucky I found this office!
