Called them to find out whether my cat had an eye emergency, had to give them all of my personal information before I could even ask questions. The person I spoke with had no veterinary knowledge, so I was told to wait about 10 minutes for the vet to call me back. An hour later, still no phone call. I called back and spoke with another person, who told me that because they closed in an 30 minutes I could try and bring the cat in but there was no guarantee. She was very rude to me and didn't seem to believe that I had called in earlier. After all of this, I had my question answered but had absolutely no desire to bring my cat in. From speaking with their personnel on the phone, I got the impression that it was not a very well run operation.? more
