Vets and techs alike have "drunk the kool aid" of the Windcrest group's policy/directive to run up the bill regardless of discomfort to pet and hardship to owner. Docs may be good but have no moral or ethical concern for patients or owners thanks to the Windcrest group's greed. They want to run up the bill and sell, sell, sell. They have no concern about the pain and discomfort they cause the animals by doing unnecessary testing, etc in order to pad the bill and run up the cost of services to the max.\r

Further, Windcrest will attempt to slip in add-on items ie food suppliments, pre-pay stool samples, special shampoo, dental care kits and the like. and you have paid for items and taken them home before you know what happened. Rather than ask and discuss, they "presume the sale" and stick things into your bag with the minimum amount of discussion lest you say you don't want/need the items.
