Sent an order via their website to my Aunt and they did not have the flowers that I specified so they called me to let me know that they could not fill the order as I wanted but did not want to substitute without discussing the options. They actually made some suggestions so that I got a bigger arrangement than I initially ordered for the same value. When I called my Aunt she was VERY, VERY happy with the arrangement and the poem that they suggested for the card was perfect! I will never use a different florist in Jacksonville again!
