However, several years ago I met a new veterinarian, Dr. Jennifer Gerometta. (Now, Peacock). I am most impressed with her abilities and the level of genuine concern she has for all animals. I once found a six month old abandoned Dalmatian. \r

This dog was emaciated, invested with ticks and fleas, and had been struck by an automobile dislocating its hip. She cleaned away every flea and tick. She reset the dog's hip, and medicated him with antibiotics. \r

Two weeks later, she removed the wrapping that restricted movement in order for his hip to reset. Today, this dog is the picture of health and completely normal while living a very happy life. \r
