Richard's kettlebell class is absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been going on average twice a week for the past few months and I've definitely noticed results in my core strength. It's a challenging workout, so you never ever get bored and it NEVER seems easy. I'm already up to working with double 20lb. weights! I would recommend this class to anyone looking to try working out with kettlebells, but have been too afraid to try. He offers flexible schedules almost every day of the week. I plan on going to his classes as long as he has them! Thank you again Richard for being a wonderful, charismatic instructor and of course for helping me to improve my strength :)
