I was introduced to Richard's kettlebell class about 4 months ago by a friend. I had used kettlebells a bit before that but only a few times. After my first hour of class with Richard I was hooked! I can't even explain the feeling after a class, you get an AMAZING workout yet have so much energy! After a few years of trying different workouts I finally see definition in my arms & notice my stomach & legs are getting smaller.
