While I had a good experience at the urgent care side, I can not say the same about their family care side of the building. Not only did I wait well over an hour to be called back, and then a while in the room, but now I am being double billed for my copay! Thought I found a new physician in the Harrisburg area, but I guess its time to keep on looking. It took me over 8 weeks to get the appt in the first place and then after being there over 2 hours I think it will be the first and only appt. with this place.
