This was my first time using Interior Care. We saw their ad, and it had been quite while since we had had our carpets cleaned, so we had them do the carpets. I did not see the vacuum tank, so I do no know how much debris they picked up, but the carpets do not look too different. The technician had to change his schedule a little bit, but he kept us informed about his availability, which was good.
