I really felt comfortable buying a car from these people. I am not an easy person to convince of anything, I was pleasantly surprised by their patience and customer service. I had a hard time financing a car last time a few years ago. This was a totally different process, no re-signing the contract 10 times like last time at a toyota dealer.
