One star only because a rating of no stars is not permitted. Poor customer service, incomprehensible website, and no attention to detail. After waiting six weeks for my bookcase, I was sent the wrong one. I foolishly assumed they would want it back, so they could send it to the *intended* recipient, but they hid behind their shipping policy. I had signed for it, so it was mine. On the positive side, it was so securely packed that I could not see *what* item was inside when I picked it up at the freight depot, but there was certainly no damage to the exterior of the packaging. So, in the end, I paid over $700 for an item I had to take to the city dump. Look elsewhere.
