I'm not on a diet. I am just eating better, more often. I signed up for the Training Spot Weight Loss Challenge. I need to lose at least 30 to 45 lbs.\r
But what I found was I did not go on a diet, I just ate the right kind of foods in smarter propotions. I eat more of the good stuff, a lot less of the bad stuff, I exercise a little more often than I normally did and the weight is coming off. I'm down 20 lbs in 3 weeks without trying that hard. \r
