This place is terrible. \r

My husband and I wanted to remodel our bathroom. When we got there the fake lady was really nice but then realized that she was a 2 face talking bad about other customers she had just helped then after we picked our tile. We noticed 2 customers that were waiting for something when she asked them""WHATS HAPPEN"" They advised that they were there to pick up their order that was over due 3 weeks. She told them to wait in english. then called her PAPI as she said in spanish and told him in spanish s they could not understand to take the tile from the other order from another customer and fill thiers not to worry about the matching. And laughed it off and told them to wait for the order that they would bring it....\r

Jokkingly me and my husband told her I hope that doesnt happen to us she laughed and said NO WAY!!!\r

Our order was made on a saturday they told us the order when be there by friday the next week LIES!!!!!\r

I spent 3 weeks calling them with no answer... leaving messages no call back... It came tyo a point that I was so fed up I called back to back one day and finally got threw to the lady and she said my order was coming from CHINA china seriously since when does tile from ITALY come from CHINA. She told to ""JUST WAIT""\r

My husband was pissed so the next day my husband took off from work and went with me to the store where she started calling me a liar \r

We finally told her we didnt want to speak to her and wanted to speak to the guy he told us sorry and we made him to give us a discount he gave 10 percent which was actually only 10 dollars
