I have been here since 1997. It is bad and getting worse. People play loud music from thier cars nightly. They block the streets to chat and are agressive when asked to turn it down after midnight. Management is aware and is apethetic about it. If you like living in laredo, amongst low lifes who don't speak english, you'll love it here. I'm out as soon as I can. I cannot say enough bad about this place.
