Well Alost 3 months ago I sent my Kodak M1033 in for repair, it came back great! Fast repair only 3 days, and then shipping was only slow part. UPS Ground isn’t as fast as I thought. I checked repair status all through out the process online. A week ago my camera ended up messing up again. I chatted with PCR and they emailed me a pre-paid return label and I sent it in. They took 4 days to repair it. It was backlogged, but they shipped it out via UPS Next Day Air as a courtesy because this was the 2nd time. I would recommend again. The people were nice, attentive, and fixed my camera again. I love it! This was all warranty work through Kodak. They are also giving me an additional 90 day warranty. As my Kodak warranty has just expired, but all repaired cameras come with a 90 day warranty!\r
