Very disappointing service! Not sure what kind of proper training if any, these employees received. Certainly don't respect your personal belongings. If you hire this mover, I would make sure you had either a family member or friend available to keep an eye on how these movers handle your furniture! They damaged quite a few pieces of my furniture, did not properly protect many pieces. Besides gouges in the wood, torn upholstery, and broken furniture legs, I was then told there wasn't much the owner would do.The owner became confrontational when told of the damages and basically said there was nothing he could do with paying for any repairs. And then he tried to say that what I was telling him was a lie, that ""these damages could not have been done to my belongings by his movers!"" This after he himself walked through my house and looked at my furniture! So much for being license and bonded, I thought this is the reason why movers are insured, in case of some damage to a person's belongings. He needs to take a closer look at his employees besides himself. He has no concept of customer service! I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Heaven forbid your furniture is damaged, you would be out of luck with this one! Maybe that is why some consider this company reasonable...you basically get what you pay for!
