I was SO disappointed after coming to Hi-tech Autosound. I needed a remote start install on my new car. The guy at the desk, Joe, seemed pretty knowledgeable of Compustar alarm systems, and after reading other reviews, I felt pretty comfortable leaving my car there. But when I came to pick it up, I noticed the antenna was not attached to the front window as it should be. I called the guys back over and they fixed it. Then, I noticed a piece out of place on the steering wheel was not attached properly. Again, I had to call the guys back over to fix it. After that, I came across even more problems. The heaters were not working...and then the lights would not come on... (this is a 2010 vehicle) and an hour and a half later, the employees seemed aggravated at ME for their own sloppy jobs. I'm not usually that picky of a person, but now I can't help but wonder what kind of slop is under the hood. I don't recommend...
