We had a long standing relationship with OBJ, and I tried using another quest partner at one point but soon found myself in trouble. That other quest partner basically wasn't watching out for me. I was having a major problem with my phone service and went back to OBJ. They stepped in, cleaned up the mess, and fixed the problem.
It has been great since then. Margaret is the person I deal with mostly. Her connection with quest and understanding of the quest system makes her the go-to person to get things done. Whenever I tell her something she gets it squared away fast. If I do have a problem, I let her know, and it is like turning loose a pit bull. She latches on and doesn't let go until it is right.
I sleep well at night knowing OBJ is my quest partner and phone service. When I did start working with them again after working with another solution company, the owner, Jim was very interested in wining back our full business and trust. He made himself my point of contact even though I am a small account. He made himself fully available, 24/7, for me. He led the charge, and the experience was topnotch.
It is pretty rare to have the owner of a business, with a full staff, emailing and accepting calls from me on the weekend. He was extremely interested in getting me the best service. Overtime I was connected to Margaret, and so Jim was able to step back because she is so excellent.
