I shopped around, got Sam's Heating & Air Conditioning's quote, and made sure he was licensed. I also checked to make sure there were no complaints against him and checked with his prior customers. I decided to use him.
His price was good, and he has quality equipment. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was up to code. He did the work when he said, and everything works fine. He followed through on what he said about the work, and I have no complaints.
