So I am writing because I feel I should let people that may be like me know that there is a huge difference between training and training right. I have been very active for the last 20 years and considered myself pretty fit. Five years ago I tried 2 different trainers hoping to take me to the next level and was ver disappointed. Infact I kind of wrote off personal trainers after my experiences. Four months ago a friend of mine who was drastically changing the way he looked told me about studio 1-on-1. He had lost 49 pounds at that point so although I was skeptical I listened to him. I decided to try there ""Intro to Fitness"" program for $99 I figured why not. Well its been just over 3 months and Bud Fallon has changed my view on Personal training. This guy knows his stuff and every workout has been all I could handle yet I leave feeling incredible. I am now at the next level! In this short time I can honestly say I have never felt so fit. Thanks Bud and studio 1-on-1 and Darin for recommending them.
