In my experience, The Termite Guy provides excellent customer service and the crews are always on time. They will often come out the same day that I call and I don't have to wait, which is great. They are very trustworthy, and always upfront about what I need...if I don't need a service at that time, their inspectors don't try to talk me into it. I have never been sold something I do not want, unlike my experience with other termite companies in the area.
The owner, Alex Del Toro, and his crews are a delightful bunch to work with and I recommend The Termite Guy over any other pest control company around!
