I've been pleased thus far with the recent long-term maintenance service (timing CHAINS replacement (2) and water pump) for a 4 cylinder 2.4 liter Nissan engine which has over 200,000 miles. The work was over $1,200 with Nissan factory parts, and replaced parts were given back to me at my request. The work has a 12 month / 12,000 mile guarantee. It is nice to deal with the shop because the primary mechanic is also the person that you talk to, whether by phone or in-person. That makes the chain of communication very short and direct. When I went back in to voice a concern about the work, the vehicle was test driven, and the rework was performed. There is a nearby Enterprise car rental office on 1st Street that will come and pick you up if the work will take longer then a day, which mine did. Hoping the vehicle will at least go another 150,000 more miles now !
