I felt important and as though I was the best part of the employee's day at 50th and France... on my first visit, during s February snow fall. As the weather changed and the woman working there did, the service was quite the opposite. I was a 'goal' for her, not a customer. Even worse was when I encountered the same woman at the Hennipen store. She was pushy, impersonal and full of different 'observations' from when she saw me in the same dress at the other location. Human error? Maybe. Desire to sell a dress. Probably. Recommended? No. Schedule a weekday appointment with Kim if you want to shop here.
