The Service Director of Leesburg Honda, had offered a second inspection due to my complaint in the reviews section. I was taken back since this person actually initiated to assist me-quite rare now a days. It was regarding replacement of control arm bushings of my HONDA Element from a previous inspection. A service that was recommended by Leesburg and would be quite costly to repair.\r
Being a skeptical type, I had my car checked for a second opinion by an independent mechanic and found that it was not needed. I wrote a scalding review all over the net about my experience at Leesburg.\r
Today, with confidence about my write-up review, I accepted to have my car inspected for the second time. The Service Director was there to assist me with mechanics to show me physically where the problem is. I am embarrassed to see and admit that there was a problem with the torn bushing from the control arm. I was flabbergasted. They went far and beyond to make my experience in a more positive light and we ended in amicable terms. This second chance redeemed Leesburg’s reputation to me. Thanks to the service director who believes in a exceptional team and customer service dept.\r
