I had gone to San Diego in September with my friends. We all are big time foodies so quite obviously, our main focus was to take full advantage of San Diego Restaurant Week. We booked our rooms at California Suites Hotel. Its a nice budget hotel with pretty decent staff and services. But the main reason we chose this hotel was its location. It was hardly 15 minutes drive away from the San Diego International Airport and all the major places where restaurants were participating in the restaurant week were nearby such as La Jolla, Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town and more. So it was quite easy for us to commute to different places.
