I agree somewhat with everything said, Horrible. Although my bad service was definitely of a more serious nature.Their techs keep messing up my car and then they say that it is just a coincidence that it happens directly after they work on it. They also physically/cosmetically have scratched my car twice. Sloppy techs! Even the engine bay slopped up with their tools etc. Not to mention the punk ass attitudes from a couple of their parts guys. Their parts prices are overly inflated. I have bought parts at other far away dealers and had to have Sunset install it. Otherwise they were nice, as they strongarmed money from me for their mistakes and held my car ransom. I was nicely raped; at least they gave me a nice loaner as they took a long time. Many tries and chances as well.
