I told Bill that the fan on our furnace was blowing cold air. No heat. If you remember, Sunday morning the temps were in the high 40's. I explained that the gas meter was moved to the outside of our house. The pipefitters lit the pilot light on the gas dryer and hot water tank. He wasn't sure about the furnace.\r

Bill walked me through all the steps to re-starting the furnace. He assured me that it would be safe to re-set the (red) button. The smell of heat was WONDERFUL!\r

Bill made our day! He didn't need to come out and he walked me through the steps! My family is grateful!\r
And Bill said there was no charge.\r
