They advertise a lowest price guarantee, but when I called them on it the staff was very reluctant and borderline hostile about lowering their price. Their installation was shoddy; when I asked them to fix their work they became extremely hostile again! They refused to fix it! I had to get it fixed at the Mid-West Truck Accessories store in Redford, MI. They were extremely helpful and immediately fixed the installation problems. They weren't surprised to find out the shoddy installation was done by the Mid-West Truck Accessories Riverview store.\r
