I wish there was a negative star option. I've never been in a more disgusting town car with such a disgusting driver. \r

I expected the type of service I always get- nice man (or woman) at the Newark baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. \r

What I got was directions to call when I landed. When I called I was told that they expected my flight two hours later. Their solution? I could take the shuttle in 5 minutes and since my mother and I were the only two in the shuttle it would be just like a town car. \r

I explained it WASN""T what I paid for. They then said that I could take a town car, the driver would be there in 15 minutes. \r
\r
40 minutes later after watching many cabs take off I was greeted by the grossest driver with the grossest town car. \r
\r
I asked if I could have my money back and just take a cab and was told that I""d have to talk to a manager and none was available. \r
\r
The driver said the Towncar business was new. My advise? Avoid.
