I just finished dealing with Granite 4 Less, 2 months after my install was complete. I heard lie after lie from the owner of this company:
- ""We do all the work ourselves"" (they subbed out all the work)
- ""The cabinet guy is behind schedule"" (the check g4less wrote to the cabinet company bounced and delayed my project over 2 weeks)
- ""I will install your granite tomorrow"" (I heard this on 7 consecutive days, and had to badger him to not have more delays)
- ""I stand behind my work"" (I was overquoted, overcharged, and was avoided)
- ""You need a sink cutout & the additional square footage for it"" (I received neither and didn't need either, and then had to fight continually for 2 months for a refund)
- ""I'll get back to you tomorrow"" (I heard this at least 20 times, the owner Mike stopped answering my calls hoping I would go away. I called him & the office almost daily...)
All this said: Granite 4 Less did not install my cabinets or granite, which I paid them for.. Someone else did both. The final product is good, but they had no hand in it. They used my money to pay for other projects and delayed mine. RUN!!
