This place has been voted best of mid valley by the statesman journal. Their meats are naturally grown and local and you can definitely taste the difference. We've been here twice and have been very pleased both times. They start you off with fresh warm rosemary garlic bread and rosemary olive oil to dip in. The waiters are very friendly and professional. We have had the fennel dusted lamb chops with pomegranate merlot sauce and parsnips AND the valley burger and both are DELICIOUS!!! The prices are moderate, about what you would spend at any other steakhouse but with much more quality and flavor...we have been to outback steakhouse, original roadhouse and the best little roadhouse and none we think compare in flavor to the food here. Our meat was juicy not dry like what we've had elsewhere. WE HAVE FOUND OUR NEW BEST PLACE FOR HEALTHY FLAVORFUL LOCAL FOOD!
