We went to see what everyone was talking about and came out a little disappointed. The pizza was good but nothing you couldn't get at other Italian restaurants in the city. The wine list, especially on the value/quality category is not good. For example, they are still selling a 2008 rose that has died, no bouquet at all. Rose is supposed to be one year old only. Maybe the Bastianich family, who are part owners need to get rid of this badge but people should know better.
The coffee and gelato are superb. We loved the fig gelato!
Overall is on the pricey side, be prepared to spend if you are having food, wine, coffee and dessert.
Staff is very nice in general but we had bad luck and the hostess at the pizza restaurant screamed at us! There are many options in the city where you can get great pizza, fresh pasta and Italian groceries so I might just go back for the fig gelato!
