Friendly until you cancel (please see other feedback comments such as Oak Creek). Called several times and was told no message would be passed on (one manager confirmed call was made). They never call back even though you get the impression you are done then they will after months play the ""contract"" card on you requiring written notice even after you VERBALLY cancelled and through several persons with no one saying Boo. They definitely go negative with their attitude when you cancel as mentioned by poster in Oak Creek. if your gonna cancel do it in writing and take no chances. To be fair the facilitates are fine with enough equipment to get your work done although treadmills were often full but to be fair only for a like 5 minute which is fine. Some good staff too.
