I loved their selection, and they had some products I couldn't find elsewhere at reasonable prices. However, they ordered in some of the items I ordered (the easy-to-find ones!) *after* I ordered them from their site. I wouldn't mind they didn't have something in stock, however it took them 2 weeks to get the items I ordered to their warehouse, this wasn't noted on their site when I purhcased it, and then they sent my parcel out snail mail and it has so far taken over a week to reach me (I paid for faster shipping, no less!).
What added a bit of sting was they didn't bother to contact me about the huge delay at all (I had to contact them about the delay wondering where my Items were, as they were due to me that day), and ""2-3 days"" to ship noted on their site was really over 2 weeks in this case. My items hadn't even arrived to their warehouse, let alone been shipped out, when I was supposed to receive them. No apology, and they ignored my message when I simply noted I wasn't happy and notification about the delay, or about something being out of stock, would help customers.
Not sure I'd shop with them again unless I got a very very good deal.
