Although the stylist was friendly, she was extremely inexperienced. I asked for a trim that turned into a complete hack job. I left there in tears. My hair was completely uneven and choppy. I went to a different salon where the stylest was very knowledgable and honest that my hair was so beyond hope that my mid level length now needed to become a bob to salvage any hope in wearing it down. Now, 6 inches later (after asking for a trim), my hair is all gone. After an hour of arguing with the store owner, I was told that my salvage hair cut would not be reimbursed, he called me a liar and compared me to a scam artist as to why he would not reimburse me. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received in my whole life. I will NEVER go back to this salon and will advise all my friends and family to steer clear.
