terrible service. let me repeat: T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E! repeatedly left behind household trash, picking and choosing what they'll take. time after time after time. very annoying. the things they leave behind make no sense, like bagged kitchen and house-hold waste, boxes of broken items such as glasses or dishes, bags of old clothes and towels. When i did a spring cleaning and had twice the usual trash one time, they took the monthly payment i had left for them on my back door, but then LEFT WITHOUT TAKING ANY OF THE TRASH! is this surreal or what?! When i emailed to tell him i expected him to take the trash, he said he quit, he'll return the payment, etc. Never saw him again, nor the refund.
