I had been a runner for 20 years, but was getting injured constantly. I heard about Fitness Together from a friend and gave my husband a gift certificate. He was enjoying it so much, I decided to give it a try. Going twice a week is the ultimate workout. The trainers are knowledgeable and are easy to work with.I am so strong now and have good balance, which eluded me my whole life. I feel better about myself, have toned my body and lost weight.\r
