Okay, Newcastle... not really a city. BUt Sweet Decadence is the local choclatier, and she does a great job. It's a Sunday tradition for us to treat ourselves to a mocha, and this is a thousand times better than Starbcks. The food is really quite good. The atmosphere's a little weird, it's in an office complex... Not all that conducive for just hanging out. It's much better to get it and go, but the stuff so good you want to stay in spite of it.
