After reading some reviews slamming Menards and how they are going to Home Depot I had to laugh. I had a problem with a $10,000 order at Home Depot 2 years ago. THEY made a mistake that cost me $4,000 (their measurements were off on my deck and they shorted me by 2/3's of my composit decking material. They did very little about it and made me feel terrible that I will never shop at Home Depot again... so it can go both ways. The guy who worked with me was their #1 salesman and had been there a while, so he should not have made such a huge mistake.
