I will have to say that I have never enjoyed this restaurant in the many times that I have dined there with my family. I have never had an entree at Amerigo I have liked. I do not like the pasta and I dislike the pizza even more. The pasta is watery and the pizza I have had does not taste like pizza to me. Additionally, I dislike the very dim lighting inside of Amerigo. For Italian food in Nashville, I cannot recommend Amerigo. As for the service, it has generally been acceptable, at least at the Cool Springs location.
