I have done it all. Spinning, Pilates, Crossfit, Bootcamp. I will say this I just started at STUDIO 1 on 1 with the Intro to fitness special and I am blown away. I first met with Bud Fallon and we did an evaluation where he spent about an hour asking lots of questions about my health and current exercise program and some injuries I have. I really just wanted to train but he insisted and I am glad now he did. I explained that I was a former collegiate athlete and was at the time doing crossfit and really just wanted to see if a personal trainer could really challenge me. Well by session 2 I was tapping out. I have trained with some great people but how Bud knew exactly how to push me to my limit and keep me there without going over the top I dont know. Wow! I am still feeling this workout and it feels great in all the right ways. Hands down the best workout I have ever done. I know his rates are more than he charges for his staff but I am going to stick around work with whoever he thinks is right for me and maybe do a refresher session every month with this guy. Only thing I would change is his allegiance to the Celtics! ugggh
