They recently raised their prices (in the past year) but my wife and I have always been pleased with their service. True, at times it's hard to reach them by phone but they ""get"" pets. Don't know why but our dogs always perk up and are excited when we pull in to have them boarded. At other kennels they are generally scared. Must be doing something right there.
