We were swayed by many promises - theatrical dressing rooms that would make perfect photos (we ended up in a conference room for bride's attendants and groomsmen had to arrive totally dressed). We were promised bar tables for the cocktail hour - no tables, guests were balancing their plates on trash cans!!! The wedding date was changed due to other reservations; however, there was a HUGE (extremely loud) show going on in Winter Garden and we were enclosed in HIDEOUS black curtains! We ran out of food after one third of our guests were served. It was so embarrassing. We also chose the Schuster for fabulous photos but were limited to a small area of the building. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event and this event was not an event you want friends and family to remember!
