This is absolutely positively the most dishonest and deceptive security company in the Middle TN area. My wife and I signed up for a 3 year commitment and moved out of state 18 months afterwards. We called to cancel the monitoring service and were told that we had to honor the 36 month agreement to cover the expense of the system that was installed. Fine, no problem. We paid on the monitoring for another 18 months at $30/mo. When we finally get paid up, we call to cancel the service and were told that the service automatically renewed for another 12 months and if we wanted to cancel, they had to remove the equipment from the home...the same equipment we just finished paying for per the agreement. CHECK ONLINE BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. There are over a dozen other stories online just like mine. When you call to their offices, Dwayne or Kevin are more than happy to remind you that even though ""you are a great customer"", they obviously don't respect you enough because ""you're not an accountable person."" Dwayne will also remind you that ""the best solution is for you to just pay the full year now so you can get out of this."" There's a class action lawsuit in the works. Again. BE FOREWARNED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SDS UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR INTELLIGENCE INSULTED BY THE OWNER AND HIS STAFF.
