I suggest that you grab a few of your best friends and head to the Sweatshop for a group session with Kendall! I tried her with 4 friends yesterday and it was 55 minutes of cardio and strength work that included TRX, bosu and kettlebell. There were a few groans when she instructed us about the next series but that means we're getting a fabulous workout. I recommend giving the Sweatshop a try for experienced trainers who are quick to offer modifications specific for your body.
