Not sure what happened with the first review, but I couldn't disagree more! This hospital is a gem. The staff, especially the ambulance paramedics, are all GREAT! I was injured in an accident and they arrived quickly and took care of me like we were old friends. The ER nurses and doctor were all so kind and compassionate. I received top notch care all the way through surgery and my recovery. I would recommend Lakeview to anyone who doesn't want to be ""just another patient"". If you do...then yes, take the ""couple mile"" trip to St. Paul to the HUGE hospitals.
