I was *so pleased* with my experience with this company. I was 9 months pregnant, and our AC went out the beginning of summer (it was in the high 80's / low 90's INSIDE our house). I scoured the online listings for HVAC companies, and called several. Most were large companies that wouldn't even talk to me without paying for a service call, and then may or may not be able to fix the problem for an additional charge.
With Complete Comfort I was impressed by the
1.) timeliness of service (same day, and completed within 15 min of arrival)
2.) affordability of service (exactly as quoted & less than other companies)
3.) customer service (Mike, the owner, answered the phone & talked for 20 min discussing possible reasons for the AC failure, where the big companies I called wouldn't discuss ANYTHING without a paid service call)
I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely be using Complete Comfort Heating & AC again the next time I have an HVAC issue!
