I don't agree with the poor customer service title, my family has been using All star for many years and their customer service has always been outstanding, In 2 locations I had Natalie and Tamy help me and they were stupendous! however I will agree with the management being poor, the manager at the fountain valley location made me so uncomfortable with the way he was talking to the young ladies in the office that i had to excuse myself from the store while my vehicle was being worked on. In my opinion it was abuse and I don't believe it's right. On a good note however my installation was flawless, I have had no problems with it.
