I was greeted promptly when I entered the store, and the clerk was very attentive to the issues that I was having with my computer. The representative took my computer in the back of their store (where the work on it and not ship it) and had given me a scheduled date for the the repairs to be completed. I was phoned by SPSI that my computer was fixed and that it was ready for pick up on the date they had set for completion. It was nice to go to a place of business that knows your name and your concerns and not a big box warehouse where you take a number along with the other customers and hope for the best. The personal touch, the professional atmosphere, and the kind of service that you would want, is something that will keep me coming back again and again! Thank you Troy and Crew!
