I used this service through elmhurst college for background checks. The fingerprinting was ok, but the service after was TERRIBLE! They charged my credit card at the end of october when i got my background check done over in the first week of september. When i called to talk about it and figure out why i was charged again the woman was very rude. If you need a service like this find another one because i can tell you argus isn't worth it.
